hi, I am Brian MAson!
I’m a Marine Corps Infantry Veteran, outdoor enthusiast, and the founder of Post Traumatic Strength.
My journey has taught me that adversity doesn't have to define the rest of your life. Some of the hardest moments I've experienced became the foundation for how I approach life today: through discipline, movement, challenge, connection, and purpose.
After my time in the Marine Corps, I found that some of the most meaningful growth happened outside—not sitting still, but moving through difficult terrain, pushing my physical limits, and learning to be present in the moment.
That realization became Post Traumatic Strength.
I created PTS to help people step outside of their comfort zone and reconnect with themselves through guided outdoor experiences, progressive physical challenges, mindfulness, and intentional reflection.
My approach isn't about pretending adversity didn't happen. It's about learning how to carry it differently.
Whether we're taking a quiet walk through the forest or tackling a demanding mountain with a weighted pack, every experience has a purpose: to challenge you, build confidence, and remind you of what you're capable of.
You don't have to have everything figured out before you start.
You just have to take the first step.

PTS Method
PTS Method takes a mind, body, and soul approach to personal growth. I believe real transformation happens when we care for the whole person not only how we move, but also how we think, feel and show up for ourselves.
Our Mission
PTS Method takes a mind, body, and soul approach to personal growth. I believe real transformation happens when we care for the full person—not just how we move, but how we think, feel, and show up for ourselves.
MIND
Growth begins with mindset. Through honest conversation, reflection, and one-on-one support, I help you build clarity, confidence, discipline, and a stronger belief in what you can accomplish.
BODY
Movement is a tool for strength. Guided hikes and purposeful outdoor experiences help you build endurance, challenge your limits, and reconnect with the power of consistent action.
SOUL
Time in nature creates room to reset. The trail offers space to breathe, reflect, reconnect with your purpose, and leave the experience feeling grounded, capable, and stronger.
